INGREDIENTS
300g snow peas
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Sesame seeds
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
1. Add oil to the pan and cook ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
2. Add snow peas and soy sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes.
To serve: top with sesame seeds.
